Yes, I clicked on your link, but it took me to a foreign language (i assume Italian or such) page. Then I backspaced to type in just the add-ons for android, and searched for web of trust, then WOT. But i still cannot find my answer! Are you able to just TELL me how to use/see/ bring up this WOT app in my FF android? Thanks!

To start, tap the hardware Menu button and select Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager screen appears with an orange icon in the upper right. For tutorial see here WOT Tutorials For alternative see here WOT Alternatives

yes, i got that far already by selecting tools/add-ons on my android. but then when i click on the WOT listing, i cant seem to so anything with it. i tried your links, but they only lead to the general WOT guides and such, nothing specifically about android!

So, can you please tell me: once I've gotten to this screen in android (with that orange upper right icon), HOW do I tell it to start showing up with my searches (like it does fine on my PC)???

thanks!!!!

Sorry but now doesn t exist a WOT version for android. There is an alternative that i posted yesterday. I found also this addons WOT Scorecard. Is a search engine that tell you if the site will you visit is good or bad based on the ratings of WOT.If you want use this addons follows this step: To start, tap the hardware Menu button and select Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager screen appears with an orange icon in the upper right. Here select as default the wot scorecard and then when you do a search of a website in the address bar you select the result with a green circle near. OK?

Unfortunately, this does not work. At least for me, being an English language user. This WOT scorecard seems to be German/Italian. I also followed your directions to try using the add-on, but on the manager screen, I do not see an option for selecting as default the wot scorecard! All I see is the WOT theme listing, with two choices below it: "Disable" or "Uninstall"! I tried looking all over FF and the internet for an English version but cannot find any. I dont see how it's possible for me to use this add-on at all! Thanks anyway for trying to help.

I m sorry but the only solution it s using dolphin browser, beacuse WOT doesn t make an addon for android, an alterantive recommended by WTO. You can see it in my link that i posted yesterday.

Thanks! I did see your link and install dolphin HD, as well as battery saver and ultimate flag. However, there is a problem: I find (unless I am mistaking something?), that I cannot view the ratings for any sites until AFTER I already visit the site!

Seems the defeat the purpose, if you already visit a site then find out it's got questionable ratings. (I know you get warned if it's definitely got bad ratings, but when the site would have a questionmark and be blue instead of green, there is no warning. I want to have it like my PC where you are shown the ratings just by viewing the link, BEFORE you click on it.) Any suggestions for that? Thanks!
