Why cant i see my downloads

Firefox 20 introduced a new download experience where a "down arrow" icon on your toolbar provides quick access to recent downloads. The feature is described in this article: [[Find and manage downloaded files]]. This has been criticized by people who prefer to close the tab and have their downloads continue in a separate window. Right now, you can use Ctrl+j to open the Download list in the Library dialog. In private windows, I think this opens a new tab; in non-private windows it opens the Library dialog in a separate window. You can force any tab into a new window by right-clicking it and choosing Move to New Window. ---- I created an add-on to pop up a new window more like the old Download Manager, but it doesn't work in private windows. If you don't care about private windows, you could try it.
