I'm not sure I have the right answer, but maybe this will help get you a step further toward forcing it for a plug-in:

You can enable the character encoding menu for any page by going into the Firefox for Android Settings and enabling the Show Menu radio button for the Character Encoding setting. Then, for any page, when you go to Menu (and More if you run gingerbread), you will see Character Encoding listed. Tap Character Encoding to see the list of character sets.

Hi Michelle! Thanks for your anser. I did that, but the page encoding is different of the plugin encoding. That menu show me that the page has UTF8, and it's true, but id doesnt say anything about the plugin (that display non UTF8 characters).
