i cannot dowload a video clip. the download this movie window no longer appears

I used to be able to click on a movie clip and a little box would come up sayin "download this movie". I would just click on that and the movie would download. Now the download this movie window does not appear

Hi,

It could have been the feature added by an Extension in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. You can try updating Firefox and then Find Updates for the extension by right-clicking on it in the Add-ons Manager. You can also try an alternative.
