How can I tell if someone else has synched or paired a mobile device to my account

I have a guest that I believe may have paired or synched a device to my account. Truth is I don't even know enough about this to know the difference between the two. I don't have a clue as to how to check on this and I believe in the possibility of a security breach. Will you please tell me how to know if this has been done?

It is best to first change the password for your sync account and after having done that also generate a new sync key if you suspect that others are using your sync account.

Also be sure to use a master password to protect your passwords, including the sync password, and prevent others from hacking your sync account.
