Firefox 11 crashes on Windows 7/64 when visiting a Java enabled web site. One of the reasons this happens is that the Java on your windows machine is not up to date. I tried to go back to Firefox 9 but then it hung on java sites. To solve this, I visited a Java site in Chrome chose update the plugin, and installed a new JRE. Then Firefox 9 ran the java site just fine. I then updated to Firefox 11 and the java sites are working just fine under Firefox 11. The developers should put a warning in if the machine's JRE is not up to date. I know this is not a question, but it may alleviate some person's grief anyway.
