The complete list of supported Mobile devices is http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/platforms/ and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#System_Requirements. Unfortunately I don't see your device on there. Some devices simply are not capable of running Firefox, some hardware doesn't work with Firefox, and some devices simply haven't been tested enough.

Both the Samsung galaxy Gio (a low-end smartphone) and the zte v9 as you said has a older ARMv6 type of cpu as mobile Firefox needs ARMv7 as one of the main requirements.

There were experimental ARMv6 builds before up til early last but were larger, slower and unstable so they were stoppped. Thay have more recently been looking into seeing if they can get builds to work on ARMv6 devices again (that is if they have 512+ RAM ideally).
