You are apparently using Firefox 9, update to Firefox 10.0.2 the current Release version and you may well find the crash does not happen. One reason for some updates is to fix security problems and crashes.

You may download Firefox installer file using another browser such as IE. When you do install Firefox take care do NOT use any option from Windows or Firefox that deletes personal settings, because that will destroy your bookmarks and passwords and other data.

• use http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html

Firefox crashes when loading certain pages

I play other accounts, but nothing

Anyone with crashing problems

1. please read firefox crashes
   • try to follow the troubleshooting tips and advice contained in that article, and say what you have tried
   • also try creating and using a new profile
     see basic troubleshooting_8-make-a-new-profile
     Note newer versions should have a simpler method than present Firefox 12 of creating new profiles
2. if Firefox continues to crash please
   • start a new thread, including your System information follow links and prompts from /questions/new
   • please remember to paste into your question the CrashIDs obtained by navigating to about:crashes
