How do I increase the font size of the incoming e-mail messages? looks like font size of 7
The incoming mail is a very small font that is, for me, unreadable even with glasses. I went into options and the font size was listed as 12. A comparison with my word documents makes it smaller than the 8 font size. I changed the size in the options section but it did not make a difference.

I do not want to zoom in and out. I want to permanently increase the size of the print on the incoming and or outgoing e-mail correspondene as it appears on the screen.
Reset the zoom level for that web mail domain, you may have inadvertently changed the zoom level in the past and Firefox remembers the zoom level a user sets for each different web site.
I have just installed Firefox and have not set anything on this site.
The directions do not alter permanently the small size of the print.
