I have an older Mac, a G4, using Firefox 3.6.23. Yesterday, after a while, suddenly Firefox wouldn't work. It was stuck in one window, and wouldn't respond. It was as if suddenly something else was running that I wasn't controlling.
Firefox wouldn't respond, wouldn't switch windows. I tried to force quit the program, and it would NOT work. I couldn't get the computer to open the window for force quit, get it to change windows, or respond at all. It seemed like something else was running but it wasn't anything I had done or could see. BTW, I'm technologically impaired. This is an older Mac, running OS10.5.8. THANK YOU!
