Is there more memory usage if I close and restart Firefox?  I'd like to get this machine back to it's owner.
I am at a loss as to how to fix this issue where Firefox can only boot once per session on this computer.

Am working on a laptop with XP and 1GB RAM 1.73ghz cpu. Recovered from a virus issue via Norton 360. Did all updates - syspack 3 etc installed adobe apps Then installed Mozilla Firefox. (6.?) Upon boot / initialization of the system Firefox would work. If I closed Firefox, it would not restart. I had to re-initialize the laptop. Same results with Firefox 7. Memory usage jumps from about 35,000kb to 171,000 kb after Firefox starts. Is there more memory usage if I close and restart Firefox? I'd like to get this machine back to it's owner. I am at a loss as to how to fix this issue where Firefox can only boot once per session on this computer. (I will be recommending that the laptop owner add memory to this machine.) ~Christopher
