I am not able to access my Firefox sync account, eith through the browser itself or the website.

I get the error: incorrect account name or password.

I have tried resetting the password, but my account name is not recognized by Mozilla!!!!

When I initially setup my sync account I wrote down my account name, but it is not being accepted!
