i recently downloaded bloominds dark2 theme, but not all of my screens, popups, and windows are coming up the same color and theme

Hi there- 

           I recently downloaded Bloomind's dark2 theme on my laptop (windows vista).  How do I get all my windows, screens, and popups to match the same theme?  my toolbar, addons screen, and a few others match the theme, but how do I get EVERYTHING to match like he shows in his images/views.....thanks much
