When on pages with lots of pictures(ESPN, Youtube, etc.) it can be pretty frustrating as I have to wait for all of them to load fully before I can scroll down. In past versions I could scroll with my mouse wheel or grab the scroll bar and drag it down, can't do that anymore. Now when I load a new page the scroll bar shrinks until the page is done loading and then I can scroll
