How can I get rid of the scroll bar when in fullscreen mode

I want a fullscreen mode where I see nothing but the page I am on. I don't mind the auto-hide toolbar on top but I do mind the scroll bars which show up. Both the vertical and horizontal scroll bars destroy my web experience. I am on Firefox 5.0, so the Full Fullscreen Addon is not supported. Is there another way to hide the scrollbar?
