I can't access the menues of my account of secured online bank website??

I have an account in National Bank of Kuwait. I am accessing it through website for the bank that serves an online Bank Services. While accessing my account, there are menus and sub-menus which is the bank different services. THESE MENUS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE AND WHEN YOU PUT THE CURSOR OF THE MOUSE ON THE MENU WORD, THE CURSOR IS NOT ACTIVE AS IF THERE IS NOTHING.
