When I try an print email messages, is all I get is garbled text. I have to move to Internet Explorer to be able to print. Earthlink.Net is my email provider, but I only have this problem on Firefox. Why and how can I fix that?
I use Firefox to open my email account, but I cannot print an email without it printing garble. It is great for opening pictures or videos, but not printing email text. I don't understand why, and what can be done to correct this. It is very frustrating.

Try doing a Print Preview and then use the Print button in that Print Preview window.
