The page http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/ has a grey bar running across it that shows links in IE but is blank in Firefox

Web pages on this site have a horizontal grey bar near the top.

When viewed in IE, the bar is populated with links to other sections of the site.

In Firefox, the bar is blank.
