Wanted to find my own question by scrolling through questions posted to Firefox Support Forum. Selected "by date" (or similar) button but found a jumble of posting dates from April 21 to (for example) June 2010 and back again. Firefox seems to be getting huge numbers of queries and it's difficult to find one's way.

They're not listed in chronological order because when somebody responds, it places that thread at the top of the list again.

The easiest way of keeping tabs on what's been posted is to subscribe to email updates, link on the right of this page at the top. Then save it somewhere. That way, you can open the email and jump to the link immediately.

Alternatively, go to the forum @ https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions and click the link to "My Contributions". That separates all those that you've posted to from the rest.

By the way, you appear to be running an older version of Firefox and one which is vulnerable to attack. I'd recommend you update to v3.5.18 a.s.a.p. via Help | Check For Updates

The main reason is because there was a security breach at an SSL Provider called Comodo quite recently and a number of fraudulent certificates were issued. Criminals can use these to create any site including online banking and your current version will not warn you that the site is a fake. The certificates have been blacklisted in v3.5.18, v3.6.16 and of course in Firefox 4.0

I'd also suggest you visit the Plugins Check page and update those too. Older versions are also vulnerable to attack. Here's an example of the recently patched Flash vulnerability in operation at Amnesty International: Exploit on Amnesty pages tricks AV software
