When I open my browser for the first time after turning the computer on, my Persona has always changed to a Persona I once had and have now deleted several times. It always disappears, and I install a new one that works just fine, but when I turn the computer off and on again and open the browser, the "deleted" Persona has come back and the new one has disappeared completely. What should I do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
