I try to download Firefox using IE, but the IE closes instantly. I have only the Extensions and Plugins inside the Mozilla Firefox folder. Why doesn't Firefox download?

I am trying do download Firefox through IE, but the browser closes instantly when I click "Download". What is makeing this happen? All I have in the Mozilla Firefox folder is Extensions and Plugins.
