When I get a email with the URL in Blue. I can't send it to other contacts as a blue URL. They have to copy and paste to get it to work.
When I get a email with the blue URL, I send it to my contacts and they have to copy and paste to get it to work. If I get a attachment I can't send that at all.

That is probably a limitation of your webmail service provider's software - more features offered for IE, than they offer for other browsers.
