I am unable to press new tab or even use Command T to open a new Tab.

I am unable to press new tab or even use Command T to open a new Tab. The New Tab button seems greyed out as if I've hit the limit for tabs, but I don't have too many tabs open. Not even the keyboard shortcut is working which quite surprising. I am able to create new tabs if I open a new window, so I am not completely unable to create new tabs, but i was just curious as to why this might be happening to my current window.

Can you try Firefox troubleshoot mode?

I'm not sure anyone here is familiar with other browsers' specifics. If you can port the profile to Firefox and reproduce there, feel free to report back.
