Address popup covering the footer of the page cannot be dissmised

Hi, The saved address, saved cards pop-up/suggestion that is shown in the bottom of the browser window can not be dissmised and it covers the footer of the web page. Many pages nowadays have "Next"/"Finish" wizard buttons in the footer/bottom of the web page and because the address suggestion pop-up can only be minimised and maximized the buttons are not accesble and this blocks the user from being able to use the webpage. Possible solutions: 1. Make the pop-up dismissable with a slide left/right or an X button. 2. Move it to the top of the page or make it movable. 3. Stop making it in an overlay fashion 4. Change the shape from the full width bar to something else that will not cover the whole footer. Please analyze and fix this issue as fast as possible because it is the only reason I am not able to use the Firefox browser on my mobile phone.
