Hi Martyn,
You could use the I still don't care about cookies extension, it also works on Android. However, be advised that even though it works in most of the cases, sometimes it will break websites, in that case, you will have to disable it manually for that site. Unfortunately, there is no “silver bullet” solution.

Thank you my friend, if it helps reduce the times I have to accept/decline, that would be okay. I can consider it a kind of "copper bullet"😊
