images, text boxes dropdown menus and anything of the like reload the moment i scroll even slightly text boxes and dropdown menus dont reload text or option chosen just the image/ box no clue what could be causing it doesn't appear on mobile just PC. appears when searching with duck duck go and google also reloads when moving over images and a good chunk of the time only loads them partially/ flickering, not unusable just annoying thanks

If you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) does it improve?
(Based on the broken text area outline I'm wondering if disabling HW acceleration would help here.)

troubleshoot mode does help but what is HW acceleration?

Thank you so much turned off hardware acceleration and its loading stuff normally out of troubleshooting mode
