Option to open dragged links in new tab

Hello, I would like to suggest adding an option to open dragged links into Firefox window as new tab. At the moment it can be done through dragging link onto tab bar in between tabs, but due to small space, this can easily result in dragging link onto page tab. Currently, when dragging link onto opened page, it will change the current page instead of opening new tab, which can result in loss of data or important information. I think it would be safer to have this behavior as default or at least an option to set it active.
