Using Firefox VPN browser and Norton system VPN simultaneously
Can you safely run Norton VPN (WireGuard) and Firefox VPN at the same time on the same Windows device. Is there any increased risk of routing collisions, adapter conflicts, DNS leaks, dropped connections, or other issues for using both.

Mozilla recommends removing the VPN icon from the toolbar to avoid duplicate protection.

Btw Mozilla refers to it as built-in VPN as Firefox VPN implies it is a standalone app like Mozilla's own standalone subscription based Mozilla VPN app is.

Generally it should work, but note that if for some reason the proxy server used by Firefox is inaccessible from your Norton VPN's server, this may prevent you from connecting to websites.
