Need to change my primary email as I lost my job and had my work email as my primary

I am trying to update my account. I lost a job of 21 years and had my work email as my primary (as I thought I would be retiring with my company). I no longer have access to to that email and cannot remember my password because it automatically signed me on via faceID most of the time.

Hi rwaddell, I’m sad to hear of your demise. In order to get you up and running again, do you have a recovery key? (you are prompted during your account setup to make one and keep it in a safe place)

For your reference, such a key comprises of eight sets of 4 characters each (letters and numbers alike).
