Cannot add 123 Hosting to Thunderbird
Not sure what has happened to my PC but lost my Thunderbird app.
Reinstalled but cannot get my emails working again. I only get emails up to 13th May 2024; I guess when TSO Hosting finished?
I am now on 123 Hosting.
I have a note that SERVER for both i.e. Incoming and outgoing is:-
sxb1plzcpnl503269.prod.sxb1.secureserver.net (smtp as prefix)
Where and in what format do I enter theses server details.
I think I also need to get into cPanel but the URL I have will not work:-
https://sxb1plzcpnl503269.prod.sxb1.secureserver.net3 (:2083)
Sorry but I am confused; don't get old!

Ok, let me comment. 123hosting may be terrific, but if you're planning on web hosted email, you need to have a good technical relationship with them, as some webhosted email accounts are routinely rejected by the likes of gmail and other providers who are picky about potential spammers. If you continue with your plan (and it is probably fine), I suggest you pursue more support from 123hosting, such as helping you access cpanel, and provide you with complete email settings. We can assist you then in getting it set up.

As I feared this is not goimg to be a quick fix.
Going into hospital tomorrow so maybe a few days before I can get back to working on this.
Hope my health and the solution are fixed by next weekend as a holiday starts then.
