I can't get email. When I try a window comes up saying sign in and when I click on it the next window says error 400 and that's it. I can't get my email! Please help!

What are you doing - attempting to login to your account, or setting up an existing account?
In case of the former, please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button ≡, then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
In the latter case, who is your email provider?
Also, what version of Thunderbird are you on?
