When I receive an email that includes a live link it does not work when I click on it. Instead I get a popup error message that says ''' "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."''' I can sometime manage to copy the link address and paste it into a browser but this is not always successful.
