I hear you! Mozilla does make it a bit tricky to submit feedback. The easiest way is usually through Help → Submit Feedback in the menu, or you can use their official feedback page

to send suggestions or report issues. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes, but at least there’s a route to get your voice heard.

Please disable to update nag. I have had too many instances where an update is not truly ready for release when it goes live. I end up with weeks of headaches until it gets fixed. I intentionally never update to a new version right away.

The new feature to bug the hell out of me twice every time I start Firefox is pretty annoying all right. If I wanted to update, I would have done it already.

I am so irritated that I will NEVER update and you will have to shut down this version to get rid of me or I will move to Opera. I use that one on Android because Firefox there is worthless. I am pretty close to getting rid of Firefox for Windows too.

Simple request, stop bugging me TWICE when I open Firefox!
