T'Bird No Longer starts when I turn on my PC

I must have changed something because T'Bird no longer starts. I was trying to copy TB file from Win 10 to a Win 11 PC. That failed because some files could not be copied. But now TB is not starting up. I checked the Start folder and it is in there.

Suggestions please.

Thanks. The TB shortcut is there. I changed something, because it was working. No worries. I will live with it. Thanks,
