I use the same laptop at two locations. I have different printers at each (both HP, one a laser the other an inkjet). Most of my time is at location 1. Typically I can print without a problem. Recently in Firefox ONLY I have been unable to print at location 2. '''Scenario:''' # I print to the laser printer at location 1. No problem. # I go to location 2 and choose to print - the print dialog appears with a "spinner" and it does not go away. I have to cancel using Esc. I am unable to print at all from Firefox. Typically if I close Firefox after that, it looks closes but is still shown as running in Task Manager. Other programs such as Word and other browsers bring up a dialog box showing that "the printer cannot be contacted" and allows cancellation. At this point I can choose the local inkjet printer and all is well. HELP!!!! Mal Lowe
