We do not see this code (SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT) very often. When I researched it back in 2017, I found this explanation: <blockquote>RFC 5246: access_denied A valid certificate was received, but when access control was applied, the sender decided not to proceed with negotiation. This message is always fatal.</blockquote> It seems to occur mostly on sites that want you to supply a client certificate. Does that sound relevant to the site where you get the message? Can you connect using Microsoft Edge?
