Cannot login to icloud email on account set up

I just installed Thunderbird and wanted to use it for my old gmail and my current icloud emails, however, while the gmail one logs in fine, each time I try to log in with my icloud email with the correct password it says "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration username or password.". Am I doing something wrong?

Are you using an app password in TB in place of the account password?
