Per account it really the best I can suggest The example uses the local folders account Ctrl+Shift+F

Thanks for the suggestion. This only works on one mail account at a time, not searching all accounts. I tried Local and Server options. Perhaps a feature for the future?

Create a virtual folder over multiple accounts as follows:

• run the search on one account
• click Save as Search Folder
• fill in a Name and location
• click Choose...
• select the folders to be searched and close that dialog
• click Create

Thanks Wayne. Much appreciated workaround. Still think it would be a good feature if there was a simple 'All Accounts' or 'All Folders' You method has the advantage of being able to not include folders such as Deleted, Junk and Archive,
