firefox for mac
One of my banks told me i am running a firefox version that is not compatible with my computer. i am on an max mini. i looked for the version in the 'help section' and cannot find an about tab/button. how can i find out what firefox i am running and if it the wrong version how do i fix without losing all my bookmarks folders and passwords?

From the information you supplied with your question, you appear to be using Firefox version 142, the latest version available.
The bank could be confused by the macOS 10.15 that Firefox UserAgents show on all Firefox versions for macOS since Fx 116.0 even if you are using a current version of macOS.
It is macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 that only supported up to Firefox 115 ESR.
