In the Extensions category of about:addons, you can find all your extensions, including any adblockers you may have. For each extension, there is a slider that you can click to toggle the extension on and off.

If you want to disable adblockers for certain websites, it is possible to do so by clicking on the extensions icon (puzzle piece) on the toolbar and opening the adblocker. There will usually be an option provided to disable the adblocker for the website you are currently on. Since I do not know which adblocker you are using, I cannot say anything more specific.
