Why are the people answering all the questions volunteers? How can you ask someone who works at Mozilla a question
I wanted to write someone who actually works at Firefox with some feedback. It seems just as impossible to find out how to do that on Firefox on all the allegedly less-noble browsers. How is that being more accessible?

How are the Mozilla employees, especially the Firefox developers expected to get work done if people expect them to do support here.
