I'm not receiving email notifications to a question I posted to the Forum

How do I ensure that I receive email notifications when there's a response to a question I've posted on this forum?

In my profile settings, "edit settings," I've checked the box "watch forum threads I start," and in "manage watch list" I've checked "questions."

I see I've received a response to a question I posted, but I've received no email. How do I ensure that I receive emails?

"Email me when someone answers the thread" on this page has also been selected.

Also, why are their two separate setting sections as noted above? And why am I only subscribed to the one question (under "manage watch list") I posted earlier today when I've been subscribed to my previous questions in the past? I can't even find an option to subscribe to my other previously asked questions.

It should be fixed now as per that thread.

Forum threads is for threads posted in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/ and Questions threads is for threads posted in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new
