The confirmation email we sent to zlobi_termiantor123@abv.bg was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. I've been trying to get it back for two months now and I can't + I've written to you many times but now I hope you'll help me

Unfortunately if you can't access that account to get the verification to reset your account there's nothing much anyone users on here can do.

Could you contact your email service provider and check whether they are rejecting messages from accounts@firefox.com and/or how you can get those messages.
