Hi, is it an app for a mobile OS like iOS or Android? Or for Windows?
What happens when you try to download -- does Firefox give you an error message?
On desktop versions of Firefox (Windows, Mac, Linux), check the list that drops from the Downloads toolbar button. Is there any additional information there?
