Hello I have thunderbird email, and since my phone number has changed, how can update my phone number on my email? is there support I can reach out?

Do you mean update your phone number in your signature or in the Thunderbird Address book?
Probably the same problem I have, trying to add a new Gmail account to Thunderbird -- for security it wants to text my phone but it shows my old phone number, and there's no other option like an email -

Phone numbers used for account confirmation must be changed at your mail provider's website, for example gmail.
This cannot be changed within Thunderbird, which is a mail client.
