Someone is able to access my hole phone account and do whatever they want to do I have changed my password,my email,my number, and factory reset my phone to still they have their way with my phone how can I stop them and how can I destroy them and there shit for good

That isn't a Firefox browser issue. You need to talk to your phone provider about your issues here.
