It seems I have been logged out of Sync just now with no reason and I have already tried to log in using email just about 5 or 6 times, but always as I enter code from email I end up with the message on screenshot («Something get wrong...»). I was able to successfully log in through web portal but this does not help as I need to look up my Synchronized tabs. I am currently out of home — that's why I can't use QR code...

How to fix this issue?

I am ready to experience several inconveniences due to relatively small user base and undefinancing of development, but gosh, this is really too much.

I also had this issue with my VPN running when signing into Firefox sync on my iPhone. Changing your IP address, should resolve the issue.

Well, it didn't work in my situation. I attempted to log in both with and without a VPN. What's more significant is that this is my personal VPS and IP that I have been using for years. Therefore, it is not a random IP that could potentially be linked to illegal activities...

To my surprise, this issue was resolved the following day. I suspect that either my complaints here or human intervention played a role. It's also possible that their security systems stopped their panic mode after several hours. IDK for sure.

Now I'm even not able to log into web portal (account.mozilla.com). Fortunately I keep myself logged in here. Seems Mozilla pushes it's users to abandon their 'software'. I can't even ask support about the reasons for the issue and how to mitigate it. Shame on Mozilla...

Hi,

Sorry you're having this issue signing into Firefox Sync. Please try another IP address through your VPN that I see you're running. I also had this issue with my VPN running when signing into Firefox sync on my iPhone. Changing your IP address, should resolve the issue.
