Perhaps, but your MacOS 10.12 is no longer supported. This is the last version.
You need to update your OS at least to 10.15.
The most current Firefox you can run on the eol macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 is Firefox 115 ESR which is currently at 115.18.0esr and will be supported till at least 115.21.0esr in March 2025. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-macos-1012-1013-1014-moving-to-extended-support
Firefox 116.0 and later including current versions requires macOS 10.15 (ten.fifteen) at minimum to run.
