It is really very strange and unbelievable! No page is open, but the memory occupies more than 700 MB and uses more than 20% cpu! What should I do exactly? I use Windows 11 24 H2

What does the about:processes page say?
When using Firefox, the amount of memory and CPU usage is extremely high, even with a single screen, and the sound of the laptop fan is heard at the highest volume.
