I've looked into this further, and found a previous issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1179806 TLDR: The option was removed because it was corrupting profiles. There is not a way to revert the change.

You should be able to do this in the "Apps" section in Android settings.
Hello, this option does not exist in my phone settings!
When you first set it up, did you format that MicroSD card to internal or external storage. If you formatted it as external, you won't be able to move apps to it.
But some programs have this capability. 😔
